Refund & Cancellation Policy

Governing Entity: Radhalakshmi Organics (“we”, “us”, or “our”)

At Radhalakshmi Organics, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality natural food products that meet your expectations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our official website radhalakshmiorganics.com.

1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility for Return

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
You raise the request within 3 calendar days of delivery.
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or partially used food products
Items not stored as per the recommended conditions after delivery
Products purchased during sale events or promotions
Gift cards or digital items

2. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial refunds are NOT possible if only part of an order is returned.
We do not provide refunds in the form of cash or cheque.

3. Order Cancellations

3.1 Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
To cancel, email us at support@radhalakshmiorganics.com with your order number.
If eligible, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

3.2 After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still raise a return request if the product is damaged or incorrect, as per Section 1.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging along with your order ID.
We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund after verification.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.

 

5. Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
In such cases, we will bear the shipping charges.

6. Policy Updates

Radhalakshmi Organics reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review it periodically before placing new orders.
